Brewora Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, the guidelines below explain when and how you can request a return.
1) Eligibility
Return window: Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery timestamp).
Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all labels, seals, and accessories intact. Any tampering or missing packaging will void the return.
Payment type: Returns are accepted only for prepaid orders. COD orders are not eligible for return or refund.
2) Items that cannot be returned
To protect safety and hygiene, the following are non-returnable:
Opened or partly used tea, food, or beverage products.
Used or unsealed skincare, personal-care, or hygiene products.
Items marked Final Sale/Clearance, free gifts, and gift cards/vouchers.
(If you received a damaged or wrong item, see Section 5—this is handled separately.)
3) Return method & costs
Pick-up will be arranged through our courier partners where serviceable; otherwise you may be asked to self-ship to our returns address.
Unless the return is due to a Brewora error (damaged/defective/wrong item), two-way shipping charges and applicable payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund.
4) Refunds
Approved refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method only.
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect (bank/issuer timelines may vary).
5) Damaged, defective, or wrong item received
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos (and the shipping label) at [info@brewora.in].
After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.
6) How to request a return (within 2 days)
Email [info@brewora.in] with subject “Return Request – Order #[your order number]”.
Include: order number, item name/quantity, reason for return, and unboxing/condition photos.
We’ll confirm eligibility and share pickup and self-ship instructions.
7) Additional notes
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Multiple returns from the same account may be flagged to prevent misuse.
Brewora reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
