Shipping Policy — Brewora

This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on brewora.in and through our official marketplace listings (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping coverage
We currently ship within India to serviceable PIN codes covered by our courier partners.
International shipping: [Not offered / Contact us if needed].
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after our cut-off (usually 12:00 PM IST) are processed the next business day.
Pre-orders/backorders, custom gift packs, or high-volume sale periods may require extra time; we’ll notify you on the product or checkout page.
Shipping methods, charges & free shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/volumetric weight, and courier service.
Free-shipping promotions may apply and will be shown on the site/app banners or at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) (if available for your PIN code) may carry an additional COD fee shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch)
Metros & Tier-1 cities: ~2–4 business days
Tier-2/3 cities & towns: ~3–7 business days
Remote/ODA locations: ~5–10 business days
Notes: Timeframes are estimates; delays can occur due to weather, festivals, operational constraints, or local restrictions.
Tracking your order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp with a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Status may take up to 24 hours to reflect after pickup.
Delivery attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)
Couriers generally make 1–3 delivery attempts. If unreachable or the address is incorrect, the package may be returned to us.
For RTOs caused by incomplete/wrong address, repeated delivery failures, or refusal to accept, we can reship (additional shipping/COD fees may apply) or refund the product value minus two-way shipping and COD fees (where applicable). Perishables/personal-care once opened are not eligible for return—see Returns Policy.
Address changes & order edits
Address or order edits are possible until dispatch. Please email info@brewora.in promptly with your order ID.
After dispatch, edits are not guaranteed.
Multiple items & partial shipments
- To speed up delivery, we may ship items separately with different tracking numbers at no extra cost to you.
Undeliverable PIN codes & ODA surcharges
- If your PIN code becomes unserviceable or requires an Out-of-Delivery-Area (ODA) surcharge, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative (different address, change of courier, surcharge payment, or cancellation with refund).
Returns eligibility (unopened & original condition only)
- If the outer carton looks severely damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery. We’ll assist with a replacement/refund per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- After accepting delivery, we only accept returns when the product packaging has not been opened, is unused, and remains in its original, saleable condition with all seals/tags, accessories, freebies, and the invoice intact.
- Opened, used, or resealed items are not eligible for return due to food-safety and hygiene reasons.
- To request a return, email info@brewora.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and clear photos/videos showing the unopened condition and the shipping label. After verification and QC, we’ll process a replacement/refund as applicable.
Festivals, sales & force majeure
During peak events (Diwali, EOSS, etc.) dispatch and transit may take longer.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, etc.).
Ownership, risk & responsibility
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
Please ensure the correct address and mobile number; inaccurate details may delay delivery or lead to RTO.
Marketplace orders
- If you ordered via a marketplace (Flipkart, Amazon, etc.), their shipping & return workflows may apply in addition to this policy.
Policy updates
- We may update this Shipping Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date above indicates the latest revision. Continued purchases after changes become effective constitute acceptance.
