Welcome to Brewora (“Brewora”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of brewora.in our official social pages, and our listings on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Flipkart, Amazon, etc.) as well as your purchase and use of our products (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & Account

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Orders & Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion (including for pricing/stock errors, fraud checks, or delivery constraints).

  • We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person/household/order. If we change or cancel an order, we’ll attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.

Product Information

  • We strive for accuracy, but packaging, ingredients, colours, and labeling may vary due to batch improvements and screen/device differences.

  • All weights, dimensions, and descriptions are approximate. Always read the label and follow usage directions.

Pricing, Taxes & Availability

  • Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise and may change without notice.

  • Applicable taxes, shipping, and fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Products are offered subject to availability; we do not guarantee continuous availability.

Payments

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (which may include cards, UPI, net-banking, wallets, and COD—where available).

  • By submitting a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize us/our payment partner to charge the total amount (including taxes, fees, shipping, and any recurring charges if you opt into subscriptions).

Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Dispatch and delivery timelines shown are estimates. Delays can occur due to courier capacity, weather, or regional restrictions.

  • Title to products and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery at the address provided. Please inspect packages on delivery and report issues promptly.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Our Returns & Refunds Policy (incorporated by reference) explains eligibility windows, the condition of goods on return, and non-returnable items (e.g., opened food products, used personal-care items, or items marked final sale).

  • Refund method: original payment method, wherever possible. Processing time may vary by bank/courier.

Cancellations

  • You may request cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, orders generally cannot be cancelled and must follow the returns process.

Subscriptions (if offered)

  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel via your account before the next renewal date to avoid further charges. Prices and benefits may change with notice.

Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

  • One promotion/code per order unless otherwise stated. Non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, subject to expiry and specific terms.

  • We may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

User Content & Reviews

  • If you submit ratings, reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Services and marketing.

  • You are solely responsible for your submissions and warrant that they are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

Third-Party Marketplaces & Links

  • If you purchase via Flipkart/Amazon or other marketplaces, their platform terms and policies also apply. Order support and returns may need to follow that platform’s workflow.

  • Third-party links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Health & Safety Notices (Food & Personal-Care)

  • Tea & herbal products: Not a substitute for medical advice. If pregnant, nursing, on medication, or having a medical condition/allergy, consult a physician before use.

  • Skincare/personal-care: Perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.

  • Our products comply with applicable standards and labeling requirements; always follow on-pack instructions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, or accuracy/availability of information.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brewora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data arising from your use of the Services or products.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Brewora, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Updates

Occasionally, there may be information on our site or packaging that contains typographical errors or omissions (e.g., pricing, availability). We reserve the right to correct errors, change or update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

  • Disputes: The parties shall first attempt amicable resolution within 30 days of a written notice of dispute. If unresolved, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties.

Force Majeure
